Because people are more than just personality types.
Bright Core Drivers® began with a spark - one that came directly from our clients.
"How is it possible that all 10 of my engineers came out as the same "personality type", but I notice that they are motivated in such different ways and also differ in their approach to solving problems? That's just a label. So what? I need to know what matters to them - what drives them - not just what box they fit in."
That frustration became the catalyst. Founder Tracy Meyer had spent decades working across leadership, learning, and behavioural psychology - she observed: personality alone doesn't explain alignment, energy, or fulfilment.
Bright Core Drivers® was created to answer a deeper question: What really fuels people at work?
We're not another personality test. We're a human performance and alignment system designed to reveal:
This is about practical insight that actually helps people connect faster, lead better, and work in flow - especially under pressure or when someone new joins the team.
We make the invisible visible - turning team dynamics, motivation, and communication needs into clear, confident action.
Co-founder and technical lead Andre Groen built the SaaS platform from scratch - designing a secure, scalable system that integrates beautifully, visualises insights instantly, and adapts across use cases from recruitment to retention.
Now we're evolving even further with Ricky - our AI-powered insight companion that brings human understanding to life in real time, one conversation at a time.
Bright Core Drivers® now supports organisations across media, retail, automotive, FMCG, and government - helping leaders build cultures that are energised, aligned, and deeply human.
We're here to transform how people connect and thrive at work - with insight, clarity, and purpose - one insight at a time.
At Bright Core Drivers®, we believe better insights lead to brighter workplaces - where people feel energised, connected, and genuinely fulfilled.
These values shape how we work, build, and partner.
Great teams don't just happen. We help build them - by unlocking the insights that lead to energy, fit, and flow. Every tool we create is designed to make the invisible visible, so people can do their best work.
When people feel safe, they contribute more - and connect more deeply. We care about psychological safety not as a trend, but as a foundation for trust, learning, and sustained momentum.
It's not enough to be in the room - people need to feel like they belong. We align role design with what drives people at their core, so teams aren't just inclusive - they're integrated.
One insight, at the right moment, can change everything. We design for clarity and action - not overwhelm - so leaders and teams move forward with confidence.
We don't just deliver frameworks - we build lasting partnerships. That means listening first, walking alongside, and tailoring every experience to fit your people and purpose.
